1. General Information
Anijan is a designer clothing label founded by Ayushi Gupta. All products sold under this label are designed, produced, and sold under the registered trademark Anijan. All content, imagery, and information on this site is the property of Anijan and may not be used or reproduced without explicit permission.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color and fabric may occur due to photography lighting or screen display settings. As our garments are often handcrafted or made-to-order, minor variations are a part of the process and do not constitute defects.
3. Orders & Payments
* Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
* We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
* Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
* In the case of custom or made-to-order pieces, production will begin only after the payment is successfully processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
* We offer complimentary domestic shipping.
* Delivery timelines vary based on the product and are mentioned on each product page.
* For international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, value, and destination.
* International orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes, which are to be borne by the customer.
* Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email.

5. Returns & Exchanges
* As a made-to-order and limited-production label, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
* In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at anijanbyayushi@gmail.com with supporting images.
* Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
6. Cancellations
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled. If a product becomes unavailable post-purchase due to unforeseen reasons, the amount will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logo, designs, graphics, text, photographs, and other material is the intellectual property of Anijan. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material without permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during your visit or order is used solely for order processing and customer service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
